Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 28 July 2026
1. About Us
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of, and access to, the online course(s) provided by Inclusion Scotland ("we", "us" or "our"). By purchasing, accessing or using a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
For the avoidance of doubt, the party purchasing or registering for the training ("Customer") may be either an individual or a business acting on behalf of its personnel. Where a business purchases training for its personnel, the business enters into the contract as the customer, and the personnel accessing the training are treated as authorised end users only.
To enrol in our course(s), you must:
be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian; and
provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information.
3. Course Access
Once full payment has been received, you will be granted access to the relevant course through Thinkific.
Unless we state otherwise at the point of purchase, course access is provided for a duration of 12 months from purchase date basis.
Inclusion Scotland does not guarantee permanent availability, and reserves the right to update, replace or remove course content.
Your access is personal to you, non-transferable, and must not be shared with any other person.
4. Payment & Pricing
All course fees are stated in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full before access to a course is granted.
We may change our prices at any time, but any price change will not affect a course already purchased.
5. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This section explains when refunds may be available, in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase where you have a statutory right to cancel under applicable consumer law, unless that right has been lost or limited because digital content or services have begun with your express consent and acknowledgement.
If you ask for access to begin during the 14-day cancellation period, you acknowledge that your cancellation rights may be affected in accordance with applicable law once the course content or services have started to be supplied.
Refunds will NOT normally be available where:
you have accessed or completed more than 50% of the course content;
the relevant access period has expired; or
there is evidence of misuse, including sharing login credentials or other unauthorised use.
If a refund is approved:
it will be made using the original payment method; and
processing may take up to 10 working days from the date of approval.
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] and provide your name, order details and the reason for your request.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6. Cancellation and Suspension
By you
You may cancel your enrolment within 14 days of purchase, subject to the refund provisions in section 5 and any applicable statutory rights.
After that period, cancellation will not usually entitle you to a refund, but you may continue to access the course for the remainder of any stated access period.
By us
We may suspend or cancel your access to a course:
if you breach these Terms and Conditions;
if we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive or unlawful behaviour; or
where this is necessary because of exceptional circumstances, including technical platform failure or legal or regulatory reasons.
If we cancel a course entirely for reasons other than your breach of these Terms and Conditions, we will offer you one of the following remedies, where appropriate:
You will receive either:
a full or partial refund; or
transfer to an alternative course, where appropriate.
